“流行音乐”(Pop Music),是指那些结构短小、内容通俗、形式活泼、情感真挚,并被广大群众所喜爱,广泛传唱或欣赏,流行一时的甚至流传后世的乐曲和歌曲。流行音乐作为一种独特的音乐文化现象,已经成为我们社会生活中不可或缺的一部分。大学生作为社会活动的主体之一,对于流行音乐又有着格外的偏好。大学生喜欢音乐这一现象毋容质疑,而且大学音乐选修课的选修情况也说明了这一点。因此在流行音乐背景下如何将流行音乐引入高校音乐课堂并加以有效利用是本文探讨的关键。
“Pop Music ” refers to those short structures, popular content, lively forms, sincere feelings, and loved by the masses, widely sung or appreciated, popular and even future generations of music and songs. Pop music as a unique phenomenon of music and culture has become an indispensable part of our social life. As one of the main subjects of social activities, college students have a special preference for popular music. College students like the phenomenon of music can not be questioned, and the elective choice of college music also illustrates this point. Therefore, it is the key of this article that how to introduce pop music into college music classroom and make effective use of it in pop music background.
