目的:建立一种Ce(Ⅳ)-抗坏血酸-奎宁化学发光体系快速测定奎宁的化学发光分析新方法。方法:在硫酸介质中,抗坏血酸可以显著增敏Ce(SO4)2-奎宁产生的化学发光,从而试验以流动注射化学发光法测定奎宁注射液。结果:在优化的试验条件下,该法测定奎宁的线性范围为1.0×10-6~1.0×10-4g·mL-1,检出限为3.7×10-7g·mL-1,其RSD为1.6%(c=5.0×10-6g·mL-1,n=11)。结论:方法的选择性较高,线性范围较宽,并成功应用于奎宁针剂含量的测定,扩大了具有荧光特性药物的分析范围。
Objective: To establish a new chemiluminescence method for the determination of quinine in Ce (Ⅳ) -ascorbic acid-quinine chemiluminescence system. Methods: In sulfuric acid medium, ascorbic acid could significantly sensitize the chemiluminescence produced by Ce (SO4) 2-quinine, and the flow injection chemiluminescence method was used to test the quinine injection. Results: Under the optimized experimental conditions, the linear range of this method was 1.0 × 10-6 ~ 1.0 × 10-4g · mL-1 with the detection limit of 3.7 × 10-7g · mL-1. The RSD Was 1.6% (c = 5.0 × 10 -6 g · mL -1, n = 11). Conclusion: The method has high selectivity and wide linear range. It has been successfully applied in the determination of quinine injection and the analysis range of the drug with fluorescence characteristics has been expanded.
