本研究通过体外培养肝癌细胞(7721)和小鼠移植性肝癌(H22)相结合的研究方法,探讨红景天素对肝癌的影响。实验结果表明:红景天素能抑制7721、H22肝癌细胞的生长增殖,降低DNA合成,增高糖原含量,提高荷瘤小鼠生存质量和延长其生存期。流式细胞仪检测结果,红景天素能阻抑体外培养肝癌细胞于S期(DNA合成期)。提示红景天素对7721、H22肝癌细胞均有一定的阻抑作用。
In this study, the combination of cultured hepatoma cells (7721) and mouse transplanted liver cancer (H22) was used to investigate the effect of rhodiola on hepatocellular carcinoma. The experimental results show that: rhodiola can inhibit the proliferation of 7721, H22 hepatoma cells, reduce DNA synthesis, increase glycogen content, improve the quality of life of tumor-bearing mice and prolong their survival period. Flow cytometry results showed that salidroside inhibited cultured hepatoma cells in S phase (DNA synthesis period). It is suggested that rhodiola has a certain inhibitory effect on 7721, H22 hepatoma cells.
