合成了10种1,4 二氮氧 2 喹啉甲醛衍生物。用HNMR和元素分析对这些化合物的结构进行了表征,并对这些化合物抑菌和除草活性进行了研究。试验结果表明:席夫碱类1,4 二氮氧 2 喹啉甲醛衍生物对几种真菌(水稻纹枯病菌、小麦赤霉病菌、山药炭疽病菌、玉米小斑病菌、稻谷弯孢病菌)的抑菌率平均高于酰腙类化合物的抑菌率。席夫碱和脂肪酰腙化合物对阔叶杂草和稗草的生长有较明显的抑制作用,而芳香酰腙的除草活性较弱。
Ten kinds of 1, 4 diazoxide 2 quinacridone derivatives were synthesized. The structures of these compounds were characterized by HNMR and elemental analysis, and the antibacterial and herbicidal activities of these compounds were investigated. The results showed that the Schiff bases 1,4-oxadiazine-2-quinolinecarboxaldehyde derivatives inhibited the growth of several fungi (Rhizoctonia solani, Gibberella zeae, Rhizoctonia solani, ) Antibacterial rate was higher than that of acylhydrazone compounds. Schiff base and fatty acyl hydrazone compounds have obvious inhibitory effect on broadleaf weeds and barnyardgrass growth, while aromatic acyl hydrazones have weaker herbicidal activity.
