德宏傣族景颇族自治州地处滇西,由于特殊的自然环境和多民族聚居,形成其独特的人文环境和民俗民风。文章对德宏世居少数民族的传统文化和食用辛香料进行调查和整理,提出了民族特色餐饮中风味饮食形成的特殊辛香料及其应用。 Dehong Dai Jingpo Autonomous Prefecture is located in Western Yunnan, due to the special natural environment and multi-ethnic settlements, forming its unique cultural environment and folk customs. This paper investigates and organizes the traditional culture and consumption of spicy spices of Dehong Shijiazhuang Ethnic Minorities, and puts forward the special spices and their applications which are formed by the flavorful diet in ethnic specialties.
