基于肿瘤组织与正常生物组织物理特性的差别 ,建立了激光诱导间质肿瘤热疗 (LITT)中的双层组织结构模型 ,采用蒙特卡罗 (MonteCarlo)方法模拟组织中的能量传输 ,并根据Pennes生物传热方程确定组织中的温度变化规律 ,预测肿瘤凝固所需要的时间和热损伤区域的大小。
Based on the difference of physical characteristics between tumor tissues and normal biological tissues, a double-layer tissue model in laser-induced interstitial tumor hyperthermia (LITT) was established. Monte Carlo method was used to simulate the energy transfer in tissues. According to Pennes Biological heat transfer equation to determine the temperature changes in the organization to predict the time required for tumor coagulation and thermal injury area size.
