本文简要地阐述了用一块试件在国产长江-500型三轴试验机上进行多级破坏状态三轴试验(以下简称单块试验法)的试验方法、操作要点以及资料整理方法。在中等围压下,由单块试验与常规三轴试验两种方法所得的结果进行比较,本法具有的优点为:(1)试件峰值强度与围压之间线性关系好,且与库仑-莫尔假设一致;(2)数据的离散性小。它没有常规三轴试验那样因岩石不匀均性、岩样数量有限和取样偶然性等所引起的弊病。目前我国液压伺服刚性试验机尚不普及,多数是在长江-500型三轴试验机上进行岩石三轴试验的。正确应用单块试验法,在国内具有一定的现实意义,同时对提高试验数据的科学性和弥补取样的困难,都很有价值;对推广国际岩石力学学会颁布的《测定岩石三轴压缩强度的建议方法》(修订),也将起到促进作用。
This article briefly describes the test method, operating points, and data processing methods for a multi-stage failure triaxial test (hereinafter referred to as the monolithic test method) using a piece of test piece on a domestic Yangtze River-500 triaxial test machine. Under the medium confining pressure, the results obtained by the two methods of monolithic test and conventional triaxial test are compared. The advantages of this method are as follows: (1) The linear relationship between the peak strength of specimen and the confining pressure is good, and it is related to Coulomb. - The Mohr hypothesis is consistent; (2) The data is less discrete. It does not suffer from the disadvantages of conventional triaxial tests such as uneven rock uniformity, limited number of rock samples, and accidental sampling. At present, China’s hydraulic servo rigidity testing machine is not yet universal, and most of the tests are performed on the Yangtze River-500 triaxial testing machine. The correct application of the monolithic test method has certain practical significance in China, and it is of great value in improving the scientificity of experimental data and making up for the difficulties in sampling. It also promotes the determination of triaxial compressive strength of rock, promulgated by the International Society of Rock Mechanics. The proposed method (revised) will also play a catalytic role.
