随着中国改革开放的不断深入,市场经济的转型,社会利益格局的调整,新问题、新矛盾不断增多,群体性事件一直呈频发和上升的趋势。日益增多的群体性事件造成的严重性日益上升、影响力上升、政府维护稳定的成本也逐渐增多。因此政府应该采取积极的应对措施,本文提出了加大党政自身改革力度、建立利益协商机制、加强政府的应急技能和处置能力等对策和建议。 With the deepening of China’s reform and opening up, the restructuring of the market economy, the adjustment of the social interest pattern, new problems and new contradictions, the mass incidents have been frequent and rising. The increasing severity of mass incidents has risen increasingly and their influence has risen. The government has also steadily increased the costs of maintaining stability. Therefore, the government should take positive countermeasures. This paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions such as strengthening the reform of party and government itself, establishing consultative mechanism of interests, strengthening the government’s emergency skills and handling capacity.
