齿轮动态性能的结构参数与齿形的优化研究

在进行齿轮传动动态性能仿真研究的基础上,根据齿数、模数、齿宽、齿形、负载和转速等因素对齿轮传动动态性能的影响规律。以一对直齿圆柱齿轮传动为例,对于直线修形、抛物线修形和正弦修形,优化了齿轮传动的动态性能,通过和标准渐开线齿轮传动比较,证明了本优化设计方法对提高齿轮传动动态性能的突出效用。 On the basis of simulation research on the dynamic performance of gear transmission, the influence law of the dynamic performance of the gear transmission based on the factors such as the number of teeth, modulus, tooth width, tooth shape, load and rotation speed is studied. Taking a pair of spur gear transmission as an example, the dynamic performance of the gear transmission is optimized for linear, parabolic and sine modification. Compared with the standard involute gear transmission, the optimized design method is proved to be better Outstanding utility of dynamic performance of gear transmission.
