观察曼氏血吸虫成虫在体外培养时的动态变化,过去主要根据虫体的活动、雌雄合抱行为、肠管内容物的保留和移动以及存活时间等指标。但这些指标很难正确判定,并且发生了这些变化后虫就很快死亡,因而不能反映出培养虫体的真实状态。已证实,体外培养对雌雄虫的生殖系统有影响,而抗血吸虫药物在体内对虫体的最初作用也表现为对雌虫生殖系统的损害。从光学显微镜中所观察到的上述两种情况的虫体损害颇为相似。所以,如果不能区分这两种变化,体外培养技术的应用就会受到限制。本文报告了简便的体外培养成虫的技术,并以常用的观察指标和超微结构分析来比较体外培养与二巯基丁二酸锑钠所引起的虫体变化。
To observe the dynamic changes of Schistosoma mansoni adults cultured in vitro, the past mainly based on the activities of parasites, male and female embracing behavior, retention and movement of intestinal contents and survival time and other indicators. However, these indicators are difficult to correctly judge, and the occurrence of these changes will soon die insects, and therefore can not reflect the true status of the culture of parasites. It has been demonstrated that in vitro culture has an effect on the reproductive system of the female and male, whereas the initial effect of the anti-schistosome drug on the body in the body is also manifested as damage to the female reproductive system. The damage observed in the above two cases from light microscopy is quite similar. So, if you can not distinguish between these two changes, the use of in vitro culture techniques will be limited. This paper reports the simple technique of in vitro culture of adult worms and compares the variation of the parasites caused by antimony dimercaptosuccinate cultured in vitro with the commonly used observation and ultrastructure analysis.
