通过对国内冶金企业铁水罐车在高炉下停车防溜安全模式的调研,发现铁鞋制动模式与停车顶制动模式已不适用于目前的高炉配罐方式,且存在许多弊端,时常引发安全生产责任事故与人身伤亡事故。随着铁水罐车在高炉下配罐方式的改变,上述两种古老的停车防溜安全模式已不再适用于高炉下铁水罐车的制动停车要求。文章提出利用一种新型的停车安全装置来解决高炉下铁水罐车的防溜安全问题,从而有效解决铁鞋制动方式与停车顶制动方式所存在的弊端。

In this paper, a new type of parking safety device is proposed to solve the anti-slip safety problem of hot metal ladle cars under blast furnace, so as to effectively solve the shortcomings of brake methods of iron shoes and parking brake.
