2013年5月,四川省公布了全国第一个省级住房保障法规框架草案—《四川省城镇住房保障条例(征求意见稿)》(以下简称《条例》),公开征求全省社会各界暨公众对该法规草案的修改意见。截至7月28日,共收到地方、部门和公民提出的修改意见和建议共367条。10月,四川省又公布了《条例》第二稿,进一步向全省社会各界、各部门和广大公众公开征求对该法规草案的修改意见和建议。笔者作为省人大代表,出席了2013年年初召开的四川省
In May 2013, Sichuan Province announced the first draft of the provincial regulations on housing security - “Regulations for the Protection of Urban Housing in Sichuan Province (Draft for Comment)” (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations”), soliciting public opinions from all sectors of the public in the province and the public Comment on the draft regulation.
