近年来,中国对日服务外包合作出现了较大的变化和波动,引起了各方的广泛关注。本文基于服务外包产业链理论,分析了对日服务外包产业链上的终端客户和服务外包企业等主体,研究了产业链环境中的产业政策、人才资源、中介组织以及双边关系、综合成本等因素,最后从企业国际竞争力提升、合作模式创新、产业链环境优化等方面提出了推动对日服务外包合作的战略对策。
In recent years, great changes and fluctuations have emerged in China’s service outsourcing cooperation with Japan, arousing widespread concern from all parties. Based on the theory of service outsourcing industry chain, this paper analyzes the main clients such as end customers and service outsourcing enterprises in the service outsourcing industry chain in Japan, and studies the industrial policies, human resources, intermediary organizations, bilateral relations and comprehensive costs in the industrial chain environment Finally, we put forward the strategic countermeasures to promote the service outsourcing cooperation with Japan in terms of enhancing the international competitiveness of enterprises, innovating cooperation modes and optimizing the industrial chain environment.
