在研究和分析Carrousel卷取机传动系统的基础上,采用集中质量参数模型的方法建立Carrousel卷取机传动系统的力学模型。并结合拉格朗日方程建立起了一个通用的数学模型,用以分析Carrousel卷取机传动系统的扭转振动特性。在此力学模型和数学模型的基础上,对系统的固有模态,扭矩放大倍数,不同的加载方式下系统的动态响应以及系统的灵敏度进行了研究。通过与有限元方法的计算结果进行比较可知,采用该力学模型和数学模型来研究Carrousel卷取机的扭振特性是可行的。
Based on the research and analysis of the transmission system of Carrousel coiler, the mechanical model of the transmission system of Carrousel coiler is established by the method of centralized quality parameter model. A universal mathematical model was developed based on the Lagrange equation to analyze the torsional vibration characteristics of the transmission system of the Carrousel winder. Based on the mechanical model and the mathematical model, the inherent modes of the system, the torque magnification, the dynamic response of the system under different loading modes and the sensitivity of the system are studied. By comparing with the results of the finite element method, it is feasible to study the torsional vibration characteristics of the Carrousel rewinder using the mechanical model and the mathematical model.
