目的:测定大蒜肠溶片中蒜氨酸的含量。方法:采用ZorbaxC18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),柱温25℃,流动相为甲醇:水(30:70),流速0.5ml/min,检测波长为214nm。结果:蒜氨酸浓度在0.0122~0.61mg/ml范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为97.2%。结论:所建方法简便快速,准确可靠,可用于大蒜肠溶片的含量测定。
Objective: To determine the content of alliin in garlic enteric-coated tablets. Methods: A Zorbax C18 column (250mm×4.6mm, 5μm) was used. The column temperature was 25°C. The mobile phase was methanol:water (30:70). The flow rate was 0.5ml/min. The detection wavelength was 214nm. Results: The linear relationship was good with the concentration of alliin in the range of 0.0122-0.61 mg/ml. The average recovery rate was 97.2%. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reliable. It can be used for the determination of garlic enteric-coated tablets.
