从20世纪80年代初广告专业教育起步至今,中国广告专业教育在近30多年的时间里迅速扩展到超过全国百所高校。广告教育发展的成绩令人振奋,不仅表现为办学数量的增长和规模的扩张,还表现为办学模式的科学化以及办学质量的显著提高,广告教育发展从“高速”走向“高质”。广告人才的培养速度却滞后于行业对人才的需求速度,高校教育问题制约了广告行业的发展。人才培养涉及诸多原因,探寻合理地培养模式是高校教育势在必行之路。
From the beginning of advertising professional education in the early 1980s up till now, China’s advertising professional education has rapidly expanded to more than 100 universities in the country in the past 30 years. The achievements in advertising education and development have been very encouraging. They not only show the increase of the number of running schools and the expansion of the scale, but also show the scientific mode of running schools and the remarkable improvement of the quality of running schools. The development of advertisement education is from high speed to high quality ". Advertising talent training speed is lagging behind the industry demand for talent, the issue of higher education constrained the development of the advertising industry. Talent cultivation involves many reasons, to explore a reasonable mode of training colleges and universities is imperative.
