高级技工学校在教学过程中注重理论知识和专业技能的传授,而在实际教学过程中对于学生的职业行动能力需求、教学对象的个体差异、教学方式等方面重视不到位,严重制约了课堂的教学水平和教学质量,这不利于模具制造专业人才培养的发展。基于此,本文笔者先论述模具制造专业人才职业能力的结构,再根据实际情况提出具体的培养策略。
In the process of teaching, senior technical school pays attention to the transfer of theoretical knowledge and professional skills.
