监狱作为国家刑罚执行机关,与公发、检察、法院诸机关相互配合,共同完成刑事执法任务。监狱执法活动的质量高低,直接决定着国家司法活动的成效,也直接影响着法律的严肃性与正义性。监狱的一切活动,无论从收押、释放、减删、假释、保外就医,还是到罪犯的日常管理、劳动安排、行政奖罚,无不涉及到执法问题。因此可以说,公正执法是监狱工作的生命线,也是监狱工
The prison, as the executive authority of the State Penalties, cooperates with public authorities, prosecutors and courts of all kinds to accomplish the tasks of criminal law enforcement. The quality of prisons’ law enforcement activities directly determines the effectiveness of national judicial activities and directly affects the seriousness and justice of the law. All prisons activities, from the custody, release, subtraction, parole, insurance, or to the daily management of criminals, labor arrangements, administrative penalties, all related to law enforcement issues. Therefore, we can say that just law enforcement is the lifeline of prison work and also a prison worker
