学校改进研究不是要寻找一套真理式的操作原则,而是有效应用于实践的策略或方法。当前,世界各国以提高学校教育质量为目标,对学校改进做了多种探索,我国中小学也积累了大量学校改进的优秀经验。但有学者敏锐地指出,“现实尽管热闹,但成效有限”。实际上,人们不再满足于讨论学校要不要改进这类问题,而是更关注如何明确改进目标、如何科学设计、扎实推进等问题。
Rather than looking for a set of truth-based principles of operation, school improvement research is a strategy or method that is effectively applied to practice. At present, all countries in the world have made various explorations on school improvement with the goal of improving the quality of school education. Our primary and secondary schools have also accumulated a great deal of excellent experience in school improvement. However, some scholars pointedly pointed out: “Although the reality is lively, its effect is limited.” In fact, people are no longer satisfied with discussing whether schools should improve such issues. Instead, they pay more attention to issues such as how to clearly improve their goals, how to design them scientifically, and promote them in a down-to-earth manner.
