“3+4”分段培养是职业教育发展的必然趋势,是建设现代职业教育体系的重要内容。在众多的IT服务外包人才培养领域不简单跟风,而是综合考察区域经济发展需求和行业发展现状,联合中职、本科、企业三方,针对金融行业人才需求,建立面向大型机软件开发的“2平台+2模块”课程体系,即通识教育平台、专业基础平台和软件设计开发、软件测试管理维护方向模块,将金融行业职业素养类课程和软件技术平台类课程在各模块内进行深度融合,探索“3+4”面向金融行业服务外包复合型人才培养途径。
