经调查将常山县1997~1999年食品行业从业人员HBV感染情况报告如下: 一、对象及方法 1.调查对象 1997~1999年常山县从事食品行业的从业人员。 2.实验方法 受检者上臂静脉采血2.0~2.5ml,分离血清,用Elisa法检测HBsAg。实验试剂均由上海科华生物技术有限公司出品,具体操作要求均按试剂说明书进行。全部试剂均按要求保存并在有效期内使用。 二、结果 1.HBsAg检出情况1997~1999年常山县食品行业从业人员共9533人接受检验,共检出HBsAg
