研究了苯甲酰胺对叠氮化钠引起的DfA损伤的影响。结果表明,叠氮化钠和苯甲酰胺复合处理对大麦M_1发芽率、根尖细胞染色体畸变率、幼苗高度等都比叠氮化钠或苯甲酰胺单独处理有较明显的影响,表明苯甲酰胺具有较强的修复抑制作用。
The effect of benzamide on DfA damage induced by sodium azide was studied. The results showed that the combination of sodium azide and benzamide had a significant effect on the germination rate of M 1, the chromosome aberration rate of root tip cells and seedling height than that of sodium azide or benzamide alone. Amide has a strong repair inhibitory effect.
