本研究从1973年开始,以具有优良经济性状的6个重要柑桔栽培品种的嫁接苗为材料,用秋水仙碱进行诱变处理,获得全部6个柑桔品种的四倍化突变体。本文在此基础上,进一步介绍6个四倍化突变体的重复鉴定结果,并着重介绍一个有希望作为经济栽培的四倍体柑桔类型——同源四倍体十月桔。一、突变体的重复鉴定由于对茎尖分生组织进行诱变所产生的突变体往往是一个嵌合体,并且在嵌合体中二倍体细胞组织往往比突变的细胞组织分裂和生长的速度要快,
In this study, since 1973, grafted seedlings of 6 important citrus cultivars with excellent economic traits were treated with colchicine to obtain tetraploid mutants of all 6 citrus cultivars. Based on this, we further introduce the repeated identification results of six tetraploid mutants, and highlight one promising tetraploid citrus type - autotetraploid October orange.
