如今,由于大城镇附近的浅藏富矿床超采越少,各矿山公司被迫纷纷到地理位置差、工程地质与水文地质条件复杂的边远地区开采埋藏较深的矿床,废石量大、利来比增高。这些矿山的职工要生活在偏僻闭塞的地区,从而导致必须支付公平的较高工资和较高的基础设施投资。过去,各矿山公司采取规模经济的手段以求保住效益或者采用提高生产效率的办法来增加单位产量[1],现在都不一定行得通。所以,实现经济生产的唯一可行途径是在露天开采各道工序中开发应用高科技方法[2]。
