目的:分析感染病医院药学咨询服务的现状,并探讨其应对策略。方法:采用回顾性分析方法,将首都医科大学附属北京佑安医院2008年11月—2009年12月间药学咨询服务资料进行分析。结果:慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者是一特殊群体,存在用药不足、用药过量以及看广告用药、效仿他人用药、非正规医疗机构就医用药等问题。结论:感染病医院药学咨询服务是建立在“零距离”药学咨询服务模式上,对提高药学咨询服务质量起到了推动作用,但服务质量还有待提高;药学人员的医学、药学知识结构有待完善。
Objective: To analyze the current situation of pharmacy consulting services in infectious disease hospitals and to explore its coping strategies. Methods: The retrospective analysis method was used to analyze the pharmacy consulting service data of Beijing You’an Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University from November 2008 to December 2009. Results: The patients with chronic hepatitis B were a special group with the problems of under-medication, overdosage, drug abuse, drug abuse by others and medical treatment in informal institutions. Conclusion: The pharmacy consulting service of infectious disease hospital is based on the “zero distance” pharmacy consulting service mode, which has promoted the quality of pharmacy consulting service, but the quality of service needs to be improved; the pharmaceutical and pharmacy knowledge structure of pharmacy staff needs to be solved perfect.
