目的分析Ｒｅｈｂｅｉｎ手术治疗新生儿和婴儿先天性巨结肠的临床疗效。方法应用Ｒｅｈｂｅｉｎ手术治疗新生儿及２个月内婴儿先天性巨结肠３７例。结果无吻合口漏病例，无１例死亡，术后随访疗效满意。结论Ｒｅｈｂｅｉｎ手术对新生儿、婴儿先天性巨结肠是一种好的手术方法，值得临床推广使用
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Rehbein in the treatment of neonatal and infant Hirschsprung’s disease. Methods Thirty-seven cases of neonatal Hirschsprung’s disease and Hirschsprung’s disease were treated with Rehbein. Results no anastomotic leakage cases, no one died, the follow-up results were satisfactory. Conclusion Rehbein surgery is a good surgical method for neonatal and infant Hirschsprung’s disease, which is worthy of clinical promotion
