钢筋锈蚀是影响钢筋混凝土结构耐久性寿命的重要因素。依具体工程的不同要求,对结构的耐久性寿命可建立不同的评判准则,其中钢筋开始锈蚀时间和锈胀开裂的时间是关键。选取钢筋锈胀开裂作为寿命准则,在试验基础上提出合理的钢筋锈蚀轨迹假设模型并分析确定其参数,接着运用损伤力学理论对因钢筋锈蚀膨胀而对混凝土产生的作用效应进行数值模拟,并结合对钢筋锈蚀前的保护层被侵蚀时间的分析,可最终对结构的耐久性使用寿命进行评价和预测。
Steel corrosion is an important factor affecting the durability of reinforced concrete structures. Depending on the specific requirements of the project, different evaluation criteria can be established for the durability of the structure, of which the time of initiation of the corrosion of the reinforcement and the duration of the cracking and cracking is the key. Based on the test, a reasonable steel corroded trajectory assumption model is proposed and its parameters are analyzed. Then the damage mechanics theory is used to numerically simulate the effect of reinforced concrete corrosion caused by corrosive expansion. Analysis of the erosion time of the protective layer before corrosion of the steel bars can ultimately evaluate and predict the durability life of the structure.
