目的建立氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定尿中汞的方法。方法通过比较尿样两种不同前处理方式对尿汞测定结果的影响,提出以高锰酸钾—硫酸体系消化尿液,氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定尿中汞。结果方法的检出限为0.078μg/L,尿样的相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.39%~3.49%,回收率为97.5%~106.9%。结论该法尿样前处理简单,快速,方法灵敏度高,精密度与准确度较好,适用于尿中汞的批量测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of mercury in urine by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Methods By comparing the effects of two different pretreatment methods on the determination of mercury in urine, the urinary mercury was determined by the digestion of urine with potassium permanganate - sulfuric acid system and the determination of mercury in urine by hydride generation - atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Results The detection limit was 0.078 μg / L. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) of urine samples ranged from 1.39% to 3.49%. The recoveries ranged from 97.5% to 106.9%. Conclusion The method of urine sample pretreatment is simple and rapid, the method has high sensitivity, good precision and accuracy, and is suitable for the batch determination of mercury in urine.
