本文以成都市某工程为例,该工程房屋的主体结构系框架结构,由于其顶层使用功能的改变,需将原结构中的一根框架柱拆除。改造前按规定进行了质量现状鉴定;改造设计中根据该工程特点,采用了一种简单易行的托梁拔柱方法进行加固。该工程改造设计方案后经实际实施,结果证实该方案是可靠且便于实施的,在拆除目标框架柱后,相关区域的主体结构构件承载能力满足新使用条件下的安全性及正常使用的要求。
