基于深部软岩巷道底鼓问题严重这一状况,以望峰岗矿深部岩巷条件为工程背景,对如何有效控制深部软岩巷道的底鼓问题进行了试验研究.通过对底鼓影响因素的理论分析和原支护效果的数值模拟以及底板岩层移动规律的现场实测,掌握了底板无支护条件下巷道围岩塑性区范围、围岩变形移动规律和巷道周边应力分布状况,提出并试验了控制深部岩巷底鼓的新方法-超挖锚注回填技术.试验结果表明该技术取得了良好的底鼓控制效果,巷道底板基本无鼓起,取得了显著的经济和社会效益.
Based on the serious condition of the bottom drum of deep soft rock roadway, taking the rock-roadway conditions in the deep of Wangfenggang mine as the engineering background, this paper studied how to effectively control the bottom drum problem of the deep soft rock roadway.By analyzing the influencing factors Theoretical analysis and numerical simulation of the original support effect as well as the on-site measurement of the floor rock movement law, the plastic zone surrounding rock surrounding rock without deformation, the deformation and movement of the surrounding rock and the stress distribution around the roadway have been mastered. The new method of controlling overburden of deep rock roadway - the technology of over excavation and anchor injection backfilling.The experimental results show that this technology has achieved a good bottom drum control effect, the roadway floor is basically no bulge, and has achieved significant economic and social benefits.
