对IN706合金在不同温度及应变速率下的热变形行为及规律进行了研究。结果表明,IN706合金850~1150℃具有良好的热变形行为。其真应力随温度的升高而降低,随真应变速率的增大而增大,并且两者的变化都存在着一个折点。这个折点的出现可能与变形过程中的动态回复与再结晶有关。
The thermal deformation behavior and regularity of IN706 alloy at different temperatures and strain rates were studied. The results show that IN706 alloy has a good thermal deformation behavior at 850 ~ 1150 ℃. The true stress decreases with increasing temperature, increases with the true strain rate, and there is a turning point in both changes. The occurrence of this breakpoint may be related to the dynamic recovery and recrystallization in the deformation process.
