1978年,Haruo等介绍一种治疗渗出性中耳炎的新方法,即鼓膜物理烧灼造孔法。根据50耳的治疗结果分析,指出此法比鼓膜置管和冲洗、鼓膜切开术的操作都简单,而且并发症少,效果良好。鉴此,我科试用此法治疗4例鼓室积液,特报道如下。 (一)烧灼指征 已经确诊的渗出性中耳炎,经多种药物保守治疗无效,且经多次鼓膜穿刺抽液或注入药液而症状无改善者。 (二)操作方法 1.75％酒精消毒耳廓及外耳道。 2.2％地卡因鼓膜表面麻醉10～15分钟。
In 1978, Haruo et al introduced a new method for the treatment of exudative otitis media, that is, the tympanic membrane physical burning hole method. According to the analysis of 50 ears of treatment results, pointed out that this method than the eardrum tube and irrigation, tympanotomy operation are simple, and fewer complications, the effect is good. In view of this, my department tried this method to treat 4 cases of tympanic fluid, especially reported as follows. (A) cauterization Indications have been diagnosed exudative otitis media, conservative treatment by a variety of drugs ineffective, and after repeated tympanic membrane aspiration or liquid injection without any improvement in symptoms. (B) method of operation 1.75% alcohol disinfection auricle and external auditory canal. 2.2% tetracaine surface anesthesia 10 to 15 minutes.
