在对藏施政的实践中,南京国民政府形成了“从宗教上以推动政治”的政策思路。国民政府以资助汉僧游学西藏为发端,衍生出资助汉僧考取格西,加强对汉僧的管理等政策。这些政策的实施在沟通汉藏文化,改善汉藏关系,消除隔阂方面发挥了积极的作用。
In the practice of administering Tibet, the Nanjing National Government formed the policy of “promoting religion politically.” The national government funded Han monks to visit Tibet as a starting point, derived from the funding of Han monks to obtain Geshei, to strengthen the monk’s management policies. The implementation of these policies has played a positive role in communicating Sino-Tibetan culture, improving Sino-Tibetan relations and eliminating barriers.
