作者通过扫描电镜及原位单层电镜细胞化学方法,观察了SiO_2对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞超微结构的毒性影响。结果:正常组巨噬细胞培养2小时后。可见到细胞伪足间形成多种形式的桥连,SiO_2组细胞从吞噬SiO_2后2小时起,见已形成的桥连出现解脱,并随作用时间的延长而消失。随后迅速死亡。作者认为这与SiO_2对细胞的毒性有关。
By scanning electron microscopy and in situ monolayer electron microscopy cytochemistry, we observed the effects of SiO 2 on the ultrastructure of mouse peritoneal macrophages. Results: Normal macrophages cultured for 2 hours. It can be seen that many forms of bridging are formed between the pseudopods of the cells. From 2 hours after the SiO 2 phagocytosis, the bridging appears to be liberated and disappears with the extension of the action time. Then quickly died. The authors think this is related to the toxicity of SiO 2 to cells.
