在人事管理工作中,有一个重要组成部分,那就是人事档案的管理,各行各业的人事管理都涉及到人事档案的管理工作,而在医院这个特殊机构,人事档案的管理显得尤为重要。它不仅起到了人力资源管理的作用,还推动了医院专业技术人才队伍的建设。但要使医院的人事档案管理工作得以高效、安全的进行,还需要加强法律法规的教育宣传,提高员工的重视度与责任心。
