水果蔬菜保鲜贮藏,是降低果蔬损耗、实现跨季销售、提高经济效益的根本途径。目前国内果蔬保鲜均采用低温贮藏法,成本高、投资大、不易普及推广。本文介绍的一种常温下果蔬保鲜贮藏技术,不需设备投资、成本低、原料易得、操作方便、保鲜周期长,中小企业及个体农户均可实施应用。1、原料选择
