为了改变黑龙江省烟草生产基本依靠畜力和手工操作的落后局面，从１９８９年开始，省农机工程研究院的科技人员先后研究开发出烟草农用系列配套机具。本文重点介绍了烟地用变型小四轮拖拉机及有关配套机具的结构特点、技术规格，并对其经济效益进行了分析，同时指出了存在问题，提出了改进措施。
In order to change the backwardness of tobacco production in Heilongjiang Province basically relying on animal power and manual operation, starting from 1989, the provincial agricultural machinery engineering research institutes have successively researched and developed a series of supporting agricultural implements. This article focuses on the structural features and technical specifications of the small four-wheel tractor and its associated equipment for the tobacco field, analyzes its economic benefits, points out the existing problems and puts forward the improvement measures.
