目的对贡山八角Illicium wardii种子的化学成分进行研究。方法采用桂胶色谱柱、Sephadex LH-20色谱柱、MCI色谱柱等方法进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和波谱数据鉴定其结构。结果从贡山八角种子的95%乙醇提取物中分离得到11个倍半萜类化合物,分别鉴定为八角醇C(1)、7,8-epoxy-1(12)-caryophyllene-9β-ol(2)、merrilliortholactone(3)、2α-羟基新莽草毒素(4)、2,6-dihydroxyhumlan-9(E)-3(12),7(13),9-trien(5)、莽草毒素(6)、伪大八角素(7)、8α-hydroxy-10-deoxycyclomerrillianolide(8)、2α-羟基莽草毒素(9)、rel-5-(3S,8S-dihydroxy-1R,5S-dimethyl-7-oxa-6-oxobicyclo-[3,2,1]-oct-8-yl)-3-methyl-2Z,4E-pentadienoic acid(10)、菜豆酸(11)。结论化合物1为新化合物,命名为八角醇C;其他化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Illicium wardii seeds in Gongshan Mountain. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by gel permeation chromatography (GC), Sephadex LH-20 and MCI. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results Eleven sesquiterpenoids were isolated from the 95% ethanol extract of Gongshan octagonal seeds and identified as octagonal alcohol C (1), 7,8-epoxy-1 (12) -caryophyllene-9β-ol 2), merrilliortholactone (3), 2α-hydroxyimmunotin (4), 2,6-dihydroxyhumlan-9 (E) -3 (12), 7 (13), 9-trien (6), pseudo-big octagonin (7), 8α-hydroxy-10-deoxycyclomerrillianolide (8), 2α-hydroxyimmunotoxin (9) 7-oxa-6-oxobicyclo- [3,2,1] -oct-8-yl) -3-methyl-2Z, 4E-pentadienoic acid (10) Conclusion Compound 1 is a new compound, named octadecanol C; the other compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
