本文简要地介绍了一个新开发的冲裁模微机辅助设计系统——BHDCADM,该系统包括用“矩阵运算法”进行工艺排序,用“屏幕光栅求交法”进行工件排样以及工艺设计过程和装配自动化等方面的内容。新开发的BHDCADM系统是在IBMPC/XT微机上实现的,其硬件配置如图1所示。该系统的设计原则是尽量减少和简化人机对话,利用DOS(磁盘操作系统)、高级语言、数据库管理系统等判断手段,形成逻辑推理模块。同时,尽量利用PC机上现有的一些大众化软件,最大限度地简化系统操作,使用户便于接受,掌握和使用。
This paper briefly introduces a new development of punching die computer aided design system - BHDCADM, the system includes the use of “matrix algorithm” for the process of sorting, using “screen raster intersection method” for workpiece layout and process design process and Assembly automation and other aspects. The newly developed BHDCADM system is implemented on an IBMPC / XT microcomputer with its hardware configuration shown in Figure 1.
