全面预算管理在现代企业的健康发展中已成为一种必不可少的管理模式,它通过整合资金、信息、人才等,合理配置企业的各种资源,并向企业提供具有战略价值的决策。本文主要从全面预算管理的内涵出发,重点分析了它在企业中的重要作用,并通过总结全面预算管理在现代企业管理中的实施现状,提出全面预算管理在企业具体实施中的改进建议。
Total budget management has become an indispensable management mode in the healthy development of modern enterprises. It integrates funds, information, talents and so on, rationally allocates resources of enterprises and provides enterprises with strategic value decisions. Based on the connotation of total budget management, this paper focuses on the important role it plays in the enterprise. By summarizing the status quo of the implementation of total budget management in modern enterprise management, this paper puts forward the suggestions of improving the overall budget management in the concrete implementation of the enterprise.
