In this paper, 90 lead and cable telephone workers in New York City, the determination of blood lead, zinc porphyrin content and clinical symptoms survey to understand the impact of intermittent low-concentration lead exposure on the health of workers. To explore the relationship between blood lead and blood zinc porphyrin content and clinical symptoms. The author made it clear from the very beginning. The level of blood lead, still considered “safe” to date, can cause abnormalities in the hematopoietic and central nervous system (CNS). Lead poisoning is no longer considered a “threshing disease,” but a disease that progresses from a subclinical abnormal change to a clinically significant change.
