1 材料和方法 标本来源:采用专用的大肠菌群快速检测纸片对 124家大、中、小不同饮食业餐饮具进行采样。 方法:随机抽取各饮食业消毒后准备使用的各类餐 (饮 )具,采样方法按规范施行。 检验方法: 将已采样的纸片置 37℃恒温箱内培养 15~ 18小时即可观察结果。
1 Materials and Methods Specimen Source: Using special coliform bacteria to quickly test the paper on 124 large, medium and small different catering catering appliances for sampling. Methods: All kinds of food (drink) prepared by the catering industry after disinfection were randomly selected, and sampling methods were implemented according to the rules. Test Method: The sample has been sampled at 37 ℃ incubator incubated for 15 to 18 hours to observe the results.
