对绿色再生骨料进行特殊处理以后,可以提高再生骨料的抗压强度,进一步提升再生骨料混凝土的受力性能及耐久性。处理的目的是优化骨料的形状,将骨料表面影响混凝土强度的因素剔除,提高拌合物的和易性,进而提高混凝土各方面的性能。建筑及工业废料经过机械处理、化学反应、水泥浆液处理、硅酸钠与氯化钙溶液处理等方法加工后,能够成为质量较高的骨料,因此,再生混凝土的强度自然可以获得较大提高。
After special treatment of green recycled aggregate, the compressive strength of recycled aggregate can be increased and the mechanical properties and durability of recycled aggregate concrete can be further improved. The purpose of the treatment is to optimize the shape of the aggregate, remove the factors that affect the strength of the concrete on the aggregate surface, improve the workability of the mixture, and improve the performance of concrete in all aspects. Construction and industrial waste can be made into high-quality aggregates after being processed by mechanical treatment, chemical reaction, cement slurry treatment, sodium silicate and calcium chloride solution treatment, etc. Therefore, the strength of recycled concrete can naturally be greatly increased .
