试验采用原子吸收光谱法测定韭菜、韭黄中的金属元素。采用微波消解法处理样品,火焰原子吸收光谱仪分别测定贵州安顺韭菜和韭黄中含有的K,Mg,Ca,Fe,Zn和Mn六种营养元素和污染元素Pb,Cd和Cr。结果表明,韭菜中的六种营养元素含量普遍高于韭黄,试验所测韭菜、韭黄中的污染元素含量都未超过国家规定标准。且该方法精密度高,各元素的线性方程相关系数均在0.999以上,方法检出限范围在0.002 059~0.073 45 mg/L,相对标准偏差在0.35%~1.79%之间,回收率为97.3%~102.5%。通过试验测定的结果可为韭菜、韭黄的应用研究提供基础。
Test using atomic absorption spectrometry leek, chive yellow metal elements. The samples were treated by microwave digestion and the contents of K, Mg, Ca, Fe, Zn and Mn, Pb, Cd and Cr were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The results showed that the content of six nutrients in Chinese chives was generally higher than that in Chinese chives. The content of the contaminated elements in Chinese chives and Chinese chives was not higher than the national standard. The method has high precision and the correlation coefficient of linear equation of each element is above 0.999. The detection limits are in the range of 0.002 059 ~ 0.073 45 mg / L, the relative standard deviations are between 0.35% ~ 1.79%, and the recoveries are 97.3 % ~ 102.5%. The result of the experiment can provide the foundation for the application research of chives and chives.
