本文介绍一种用于提高结晶高聚物PET和PBT电子显微图象衬度的丙烯胺——四氧化锇染色方法。通过列举的照片,可以直接观察到结晶PET和PBT的两相结构——晶区和无定形区。由照片可直接量测结晶PET的长周期(L)晶区厚度(dc)及无定形区厚度(da),找出这些物理参量与PET结晶温度之间的关系,与x-射线小角散射测量结果基本一致。
This paper presents an allyl-osmium tetroxide staining method for improving the contrast of electron microscopic images of crystalline polymer PET and PBT. By enumerating the photographs, two-phase structures of crystalline PET and PBT can be directly observed - the crystalline and amorphous regions. From the photo, we can directly measure the long period (L) crystal thickness (dc) and the amorphous area thickness (da) of the crystalline PET to find out the relationship between these physical parameters and the PET crystallization temperature, The results are basically the same.
