用放射免疫方法测定柞蚕(Antheraea pernyi G.)春秋两季5龄幼虫及早期蛹脑 cAMP(环一磷酸腺苷)含量。实验结果表明,两者5龄初至化蛹第1天脑 cAMP 含量的变化明显不同:在5龄取食阶段,春蚕盛食期含量很低,而秋蚕同期恰呈最高值;预蛹期两者均呈高峰,秋蚕峰值远高于春蚕;化蛹第1天,春秋蛹脑 cAMP 含量均低于预蛹期,但春蛹仍保持较高水平,秋蛹则急剧下降,两者含量相差3.5倍。
Radioimmunoassay was used to determine the content of cAMP (cyclic AMP) in 5th instar larvae and early pupae of Antheraea pernyi G. in spring and autumn. The results showed that the content of cAMP in the first instar pupae of the 5th instar larvae was significantly different from that of the 5th instar larvae. In the 5th instar larvae feeding stage, the content of spring silkworm larvae was very low, The peak of autumn silkworms was much higher than that of silkworms. On the first day after pupation, the contents of cAMP in spring and autumn pupae were lower than those in pre-pupa stage, but the spring pupae still maintained a high level while the autumn pupae dropped sharply. A difference of 3.5 times.
