目的 探讨脑缺血后HSP70 mRNA表达变化。方法 采用沙土鼠短暂前脑缺血再灌注损伤模型 ,Northernblot定量检测HSP70 mRNA表达。结果 沙土鼠前脑缺血 6分钟再灌注后各时期HSP70 mRNA表达量增加 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;热休克预处理能增加沙土鼠短暂前脑缺血再灌注后各时期HSP70 mRNA表达 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 沙土鼠前脑缺血 6分钟再灌注后各时期HSP70 mRNA表达增加 ,热休克预处理能增加HSP70mRNA表达。
Objective To investigate the changes of HSP70 mRNA expression after cerebral ischemia. Methods The transient forebrain ischemia-reperfusion injury model of gerbil was used to detect the expression of HSP70 mRNA by Northern blot. Results Heat shock preconditioning increased HSP70 mRNA expression in the gerbil after transient forebrain ischemia / reperfusion for 6 months (P <0.05) P <0. 05). Conclusions The expression of HSP70 mRNA in the gerbils is increased after 6 min of reperfusion and the expression of HSP70 mRNA is increased by heat shock preconditioning.
