翘曲变形是注塑产品中常见的质量缺陷,不但影响产品外观,严重时还会影响产品的使用性能。运用MPI软件在各种注射成型工艺参数下对塑件进行CAE模拟仿真,对仿真后的产品取一系列测量点,找到该点塑件的变形值,对这些点的翘曲量进行方差及标准差分析,得出各种工艺参数组合下翘曲变形最小的工艺参数,为下一步模具设计和注塑工艺设计提供计算和实验依据。
