北京钢铁学院计算机系统使用了日本日立制作所出产的M-150电子计算机,它与美国的IBM370/138、4331相类似。系统构成见图1。 中央处理装置(CPU)的控制采用微程序方式。主存贮器使用MOS集成电路,容量为1024KB(B为字节)。由于采用虚拟存贮方式,可以与主存容量无关而达到最大16MB的容量,提供给用户使用。 CPU使用字节多重通道和字组多重通道与外存贮器、输入输出设备、终端装置等联结。字节多重通道可以联结多个设备同时工作,在进行数据传送时,每个设备每次只传送一个字节,各个设备交替占用通道进行数据传送。字组多重通道传送数据以多个字节即字组进行,某个设备启动后,直至数据传送完毕,其它设备才可以工作。
