从中国黑龙江产的刺五加(Acanthopanax senti-cous)根中提取的热稳定组分,可增加受辐射小鼠存活率、延长骨髓细胞死亡时间并改善血象,因而具有辐射保护作用。活性组分制备:将研碎的刺五加根,在用0.05 MTris-HCl 缓冲液(pH 7.6)提取的混悬液中加入(NH_4)_2SO_4至80%饱和浓度,收集沉淀部分,并溶于水,用去离子水透析至外液对Nessler’s 试验呈阴性,透析物冷冻干燥即为刺五加提取物,得率0.71%。将此提
The heat-stable components extracted from the root of Acanthopanax senti-cous in Heilongjiang Province of China can increase the survival rate of irradiated mice, prolong the death time of myeloid cells and improve the hemogram, thus having the radiation protection effect.
